Gary and Helen bought Rowlands cottage in October 2004.  Refurbished over the winter of 2004/2005, and then renovated and extended in 2011, Rowlands is a semi-detached bungalow with loft conversion, an extensive garden and parking for 3 cars.

The house, which sleeps 8 people, is fully equipped with modern appliances and is furnished to a high standard.  There is also a high chair and travel cot.

We are pleased to accept pets by arrangement and while smoking is not permitted inside the house, smoking is allowed outside, provided cigarettes are disposed of carefully. 

In summer 2011, we converted the loft space to provide 2 further bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom as well as completely redesigning the downstairs space to provide a contemporary open plan living area.

We provide a small shed for storage of your outdoor equipment such as mountain bikes and golf clubs.
