Getting here
Aviemore is located just off the A9, 30 miles south of Inverness and 80 miles north of Perth. Rowlands is situated at the north end of the village – turn right at the sign for the Dalfaber Golf Club and then left immediately after the Strathspey Steam Railway level crossing onto Spey Avenue. Rowlands is about 150m along on the left.
By Car
From the south, the best approach is via the M90 to Perth, then onto the A9 towards Inverness. From Glasgow, take the A82 via Loch Lomond, then via to Glencoe and Fort William, turning right onto the A86 at Spean Bridge. Join the A9 northbound at Kingussie. From Aberdeen, follow the A96 to Inverness then south on the A9, or the A93 towards Braemar taking the A939 via Tomintoul, joining the A95 near Grantown-on-Spey. Aviemore is a few miles south on the A95.

Both National Express and Scottish Citylink offer services to Aviemore from locations throughout the UK.
By Rail

Inverness Airport is less than one hour away and Edinburgh and Glasgow Airports less than three hours.
